Edinburgh Military Tattoo will take place from August 7-29, 2009.  The 2009  Edinburg Military Tattoo will celelbrate its 60^th season, while paying tribute to the 250^th anniversary of the birth of Scotland’s national bar, Robert Burns, set against the world famous backdrop of Edinburgh Castle. 

This has been an international favorite. The performers come from over 40 countries and around 35% of the 217,000 audience each year are from overseas.  If you can’t make it no worries! Its televised in 30 countries. An annual television audience of 100 million watches the coverage worldwide.
